About AI Automation

AI automation means using software (powered by artificial intelligence) to do repetitive, rule-based tasks so you don't have to. Think of every time you write the same follow-up email, copy data from one spreadsheet to another, manually schedule a call, or re-explain your onboarding process to a new client. AI can do most of that automatically. Whether it's right for your business depends on how many of these repetitive tasks you have — which is exactly what the AI Audit is designed to find out.
It's not hype when it's done right. The key is identifying the tasks that are truly repetitive and building automations that actually fit your workflow — not generic templates that require constant tweaking. My clients typically reclaim 10–15 hours per week once their core automations are built. That's 40–60 hours per month you get back. The ROI on even the most basic system build pays for itself within 30–90 days.
No. AI handles the repetitive, low-thought tasks — it doesn't replace human judgment, creativity, relationships, or expertise. What it does is free you and your team from the time-consuming work so you can focus on the high-value activities only you can do: coaching, selling, strategizing, building relationships. Think of it as a highly efficient assistant who never sleeps and never forgets.
Most of the tools I recommend have free tiers or cost between $20–$100/month total, depending on your business size. I'll always recommend the most cost-effective tools for your situation, and I'll be transparent about monthly costs before we build anything. The vast majority of my clients spend less on their entire tool stack than they'd spend on one hour of their own time each month.

About Working With Mike

Absolutely not. I do the technical work — the integrations, the logic, the connections between tools. You just need to be able to describe how your business currently works and what you wish happened automatically. I've worked with clients who are very tech-comfortable and clients who've never used a CRM in their life. Both can get excellent results.
Most AI consultants come from a tech background and are very good at the technical side but less experienced with the operational side — how a business actually runs under pressure. I spent 26 years in the U.S. Air Force optimizing systems, training teams, and solving operational problems where mistakes have real consequences. I also worked in the private sector after retirement and saw exactly what inefficiency costs. I bring both sides: deep technical capability and deep operational understanding. And I work with you one-on-one — not a team of junior contractors.
The AI Audit delivers your report within 48 hours. If you move forward with a full Efficiency System, the build typically takes 2–4 weeks. From the day you have a working system, you'll start reclaiming time immediately. Some clients are saving 5+ hours in the very first week after launch.
I do a thorough scoping call before any build begins, so we're both aligned on what's being delivered and what success looks like. I also include 30 days of post-build support on every Efficiency System project — if something isn't working right, I fix it. I have a 100% pass rate across 6 years of instructing and a zero-defect standard from my Air Force career. That mindset carries into every client engagement.

About the AI Audit

You get a personalized AI Efficiency Report — a written document specific to your business that includes: your top 3 automation opportunities ranked by impact, recommended tools for your current setup, an estimate of hours/week you could reclaim, a comparison of quick wins vs. deeper system builds, and a 30-minute strategy call to review the report together. This is not a generic template — I personally read your survey answers and write your report.
Yes. If you decide to move forward with an AI Efficiency System after your audit, the $99 is credited toward the build cost. The audit isn't a separate purchase — it's the first step of the engagement.
That's completely fine. Some clients just want the clarity — to know where they're losing time and what to do about it, even if they want to implement it themselves. The report gives you everything you need to act on your own if that's your preference. There's no pressure or upsell required.

Tools, Privacy & Logistics

I work with a wide range of tools including Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, ChatGPT / Claude AI, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Go High Level, Notion, Calendly, Airtable, Google Workspace, and many others. The specific tools I recommend depend entirely on your business, your budget, and what you're already using. I don't have affiliate relationships that bias my recommendations — I suggest what actually works best for your situation.
Yes. Everything you share in the audit survey, strategy calls, and our work together is strictly confidential. I do not share client information with third parties, and I do not use your business details in my marketing without explicit written permission. If confidentiality is a significant concern (e.g. sensitive industry), I'm happy to sign an NDA before our first call.
Yes — 100% of my work is done remotely. I have clients across the United States and can work with anyone in any location. All strategy calls are done via Zoom, all builds are done in your tools, and all deliverables are provided digitally. Location is not a barrier.
